From our clients
This page features every review from the last 12 months, and never fewer than the eight most recent from each showroom, from clients whose projects we designed and installed. Every review, including earlier ones and those about enquiries and quotes, is on our Google profiles.
We had a small downstairs bathroom converted to a wet room.
Dave planned and designed this for us. We discussed the design and made a few alterations. We were delighted with this as we thought we would not have enough room for a wet room.
Everything went according to plan and contact was very easy if we had any questions. Nick came with samples for accessories and these arrived promptly to be fitted.
Mark, the fitter, had amazing attention to detail. He was very pleasant and worked hard to finish it with minimum disruption. Cleaning up at the end of every day.
He did everything even the painting!
The finished room was even better than we thought and finished in 2 weeks. Everything installed was excellent quality. We are absolutely delighted with it. The whole stress of a complete refurbishment was taken away from us.
Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.
Thankyou all.
Very happy with the service and finished product which is to a very high standard. Ant did a great job with the bathroom fitting with a high attention to detail and ensuring we were happy throughout the process. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.
The team at inspired have helped transform our house over the last 6 years. Remodelling of the kitchen & dinning area, fitted a new boot room/utility and installed a new master en-suite, family bathroom and WC. Exceptional Start to finish and worked to our budget.
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom! The whole process was brilliant from start to finish. Simon did a fantastic job coordinating everything and keeping the whole project running smoothly, while Ant, the fitter, was excellent and had such great attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship really shows, and nothing felt like too much trouble.
The finished bathroom has completely transformed the space and is even better than we hoped for. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend the team to anyone considering a new bathroom.
Thank you so much!
The team at Inspired have just completed our project which included re-locating the utility room, extending the kitchen and completely refitting both.
We couldn’t be happier with the end result, nor the whole process from start to finish.
James took the time to understand our requirements and refine the designs over several iterations until they were completely right.
Inspired managed the entire project, co-ordinating a team of excellent, skilled and professional trades, ensuring everything ran to schedule. Everything was fitted to the highest standard with real thoughtfulness and eye for detail, making sure everything worked perfectly.
The finished kitchen is fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend James and the team at Inspired any more highly.
James designed the kitchen. It was exactly as we requested. I added velux windows to the roof as the room is north facing and was very dark. Simon rebuilt the ceiling to let in the light from the windows. The team that fitted our kitchen were fabulous. Stuart the kitchen fitter was brilliant. Simon project managed the build and all the work was finished with a brilliant attention to detail. The work surfaces were fitted with no fuss and look lovely. Richie the painter came back to ensure the painting was perfect after the radiators were fitted. The plasterers went above and beyond by removing peeling paint in the utility to ensure a good finish. The Pronorm we chose is sleek and handleless. We picked it because we know that it will wear well and look good in the future. We also had the utility room fitted to future proof as we get older. Washing machine and dryer off the floor and easier to access. Ww wanted lots of storage and they fulfilled our request. Overall the kitchen has exceeded our expectations.
Decided to get a new kitchen is a huge, slightly daunting step with so many companies to choose from. Choosing Inspired Kitchens, was without doubt, the best choice I made from day one.
I now have a brand new kitchen that I am delighted with. With James's help, I got the design I wanted (after completely changing my mind after visiting the showroom). There was no 'salesman' pressure and James listened and allayed any concerns I had.
The whole process took a month. Simon, the project manager led a team that were professional, friendly and so tidy which made the process so easy. The meals on wheels trolley was a lifesaver, allowing me to cook whilst the work continued. Any disruption was kept to a minimum. Their standards are so high. My worktops were changed as they were not happy with the joins ( I hadn't even noticed).
The communication was excellent from payments to fittings. A detailed timetable was provided which went exactly according to plan.
The entire service was excellent and would 100% recommend.
We chose Inspired Bathrooms & Kitchens because we liked the design they suggested and we liked all of the people involved in the renovation of our family bathroom. Every effort was made to minimise any disruption to us and the impact of a messy job. We're very pleased with our new bathroom.
Inspired Bathrooms & Kitchen, Heswall were highly recommended to us and their M.D. James visited and expertly planned the necessary work required. The fitting-out was undertaken by Simon, whose workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary and his project management of all trades ensured the work was completed timeously.
We are extremely pleased veth our new Bathroom which has been transformed from being functional to just fabulous. Thank you to all concerned.
Dave & Liz Thomas.
Five star design, quality of materials, communication, and people at every step of the way! Ours was a large project, including significant building work, walls down, steels, re-wiring, re-plumbing, new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and all the bits in between. James project managed everything so expertly, and the crew he put in were always hard working, prompt, problem-solving, great communicators and easy to have in the house for so many months. I fully recommend this company to everyone; you will end up with a high quality finish and a beautiful new home. Well done James and team and a big thank you!
Excellent from start to finish.
I spoke to Nick and Dave in the Chester showroom, their product knowledge and advice was perfect, they listened and understood what we were looking for so were able to guide us. The designs Dave put together were amazing.
Danny fitted everything perfectly. The fitting was on time, he kept us updated, cleaned up after himself everyday, he was respectful of us and our property. We couldn't have asked for more during any part of the process.
We would 100% recommend this company.
Really good experience with this company and the new bathroom they fitted and moving of a stud wall. Mark was our bathroom fitter and he was extremely professional , coming in on Saturdays to finish the job, and when there was a minor leak with the sink he came on the same day to fix it. Really happy with the result.
En-suite and bathroom project
We are very happy with all the guidance, support and design with our new en-suite and relieved we have found such a brilliant company.
James listened to our requirements, offered advice and produced a plan to suit our tastes and needs. He was realistic on when the project would start and how long it would take to completion.
The actual work was carried out by Ant, who is meticulous in all his work. At every stage during the project Ant would double check with us where we wanted items and discussed the project with us at various stages when appropriate.
The en-suite was completed on time and it was our second project as Ant had converted our bathroom into a walk in shower room 4 months earlier.
Both our en-suite and shower room are everything we hoped for and we would have no hesitation in recommending Inspired Bathrooms and Kitchens Heswall to both family and friends as well as anyone looking for a reliable company with very friendly and courteous people.
We have been wanting to do a major project on our home for many years, but had to find the perfect team to do it. We are so happy we found Inspired Bathrooms & Kitchens.
The planning process was detailed, courteous and considered all of our needs and wishes. It was fantastic to find James who listened and produced designs that suited our tastes and requirements perfectly. There was also plenty of time and opportunity for tweaks and additional requests.
The work itself was always going to be challenging considering the size of the project, but we can genuinely say that James and Simon went out of their way to support us and make the experience as comfortable as possible. Simon did much of the practical tasks and his attention to detail and standard of workmanship are exceptional. Furthermore, you would be lucky to find nicer and more amiable people to help.
We now have a modern, beautiful, luxurious and practical house that is so easy to maintain. It’s exactly as we had dreamed it would be. We are simply delighted with the finished look at would not hesitate to recommend this company.
We are so pleased with our new bathroom! The design service was very flexible and enabled us to get just the design we wanted. The build process was smooth and the fitter, Danny, was exceptional in quality, cleanliness and attention to detail. Thank you :), Donna & Andrew
Had a new ensuite bathroom and am very pleased with the result, it looks amazing. The design is excellent and all aspects of the work were carried out as agreed. James and the team did a fantastic job throughout the project. Certainly value for money and a brilliant result. Thank you!
I am delighted with the design service and after care from the team in the Chester showroom. The results are as good as the design drawings thanks to Danny's excellent installation work. Thanks.
I was very pleased with the initial installation, however had trouble with the radiator. I was impressed with the after sales service I received with a new radiator fitted with no problems.
Very pleased with my bathroom I had fitted still looks ultra modern and smart after two years. 3D planning was straightforward, only giggle was on the installation of the towel radiator and toilet isolation point being behind toilet.
