Our story began 19 years ago when Mike Lloyd opened IBK's first showroom with a simple but ambitious idea — that clients in the Wirral deserved a bathroom and kitchen specialist who could design, supply, and install to the highest possible standard, with one company accountable from start to finish.That idea became IBK.

Today, Managing Director James Kenrick leads a team of specialists across our Heswall and Chester showrooms, continuing the same founding commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional client experience.
